Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me or at least believe on the evidence of the works themselves.” (John 14:10-11) Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work. We also read: “Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. We read: “But if I do them, even though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father.” (John 10:38) In the New Testament, there are several positions where Jesus is quoted as saying that he is “in God” and that God is “in him”. Jesus is not in God, neither is God in Jesus
